Activity Log Discipline Established

The activity log is now being used as the dated evidence trail for the BusinessOps trial.

Pages provide the stable management view. Activity posts provide the working history: what was prepared, what was tested, what was learned, and what action follows.

Operating Rule

Each activity post records:

• the activity performed;
• the business purpose;
• the evidence or assumption being tested;
• the judgement;
• the next action.

Why It Matters

This creates a closed loop between planning and evidence. The Marketing Plan can remain concise because the detail sits in dated activity posts.
